Technical and End User Documentation Writing Experience Working for a Fortune 500 computer manufacturer from 1988 to 1998 as a Service Planning Manager, I was involved with the introduction of over 250 new personal computer products which consisted of 30 desktop models, 18 server products and 25 laptop computers. During that time, I authored over 75 Service Training, Technical Reference and Hardware Maintenance Manuals for each of the product lines. End User In addition to being a primary contributor and reviewer of end user documentation, I was the designer and author of HTML and CFM help files shipped with several lines of laptop computers. These files provided step by step setup and operational instructions for end users. Current As an ongoing and active member of the Linux Documentation Project; I have authored 5 new “How To” documents including the update of 10 existing documents.
